Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Gift cards issued by Our Merimbula are for and on behalf of the business selected
2. As a purchaser, your contract of sale is with the business itself
3. All cards issued are E-Gift cards that are sent via email.
4. Gift cards are issued in Australian dollars only
5. They are redeemable only at the store selected.
6. They are not redeemable for cash or any other currency.
7. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card.
8. The gift card expires three years from the date of purchase
9. Gift cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period.
10. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
11. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment.
12. Gift Cards are NOT redeemable for online orders
