With a career spanning more than 25 years, Kelly is a seasoned HR practitioner who provides consultancy services for businesses across a broad range of HR services.
Kelly predominantly specialises in employee/industrial relations, policy development, complex cases management, strategic workforce planning, and organisational change. Kelly has a wealth of experience working within the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, whether the organisation is large or small.
Kelly assists organisations to navigate the complexities of the modern employment relationship, including managing difficult and complex people issues, facilitating organisational change processes, and all aspects of performance management, up to and including the termination of employment.
Kelly is experienced workplace investigator, and is well versed in traversing the unfair dismissal and general protections landscape, which may be destined for the Fair Work Commission.
Kelly is a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and also serves as a volunteer with the Merimbula Chamber of Commerce Committee.
Kelly is based in the Bega Valley on the Far South Coast of NSW, and provides consultancy service locally and across Australia.
